Terms and Conditions

We would like to keep things simple by writing this agreement as short as possible but there are some legal points we need to mention. We also need to keep it structured so that we can refer to certain parts of this agreement in different texts. We tried to avoid all the legal language and write in very plainly.

All in all, the purpose of this text is to inform you about how you can use Protipster, its local variants, and the Protipster Mobile Application. Before reading the whole text, please note the following key points:

  • Protipster does not provide or sell information about fixed matches, sure bets and anything that is similar to those descriptions. You should notify the police if someone contacts you and claims they are selling such information because they are scammers.
  • Basic use of Protipster is free. If you receive any claims for money from anyone representing Protipster outside of the official App Store/Play Store subscription channels, please do not pay and forward that email to [email protected].
  • Protipster Coins are meant to increase the fun element in the platform. They cannot be exchanged to cash. You can spend them at Protipster Shop to improve your profile or get some additional perks.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you as a user and Baytekin Media Ltd (reg no: PL9542749236), a company incorporated under the laws of Poland. Protipster provides a tipping platform and a mobile application to users who are looking for betting tips and tipping competitions.

These Terms govern the use of the Platform (Website and Mobile App) and shall apply to all users using it.

Definitions

  • Protipster means Baytekin Media Ltd.
  • User means an individual using the Platform to search for betting tips or to add their own betting tips.
  • Company means a company or other legal entity using the Platform to attract Users.
  • Platform means the services we provide in accordance with the Terms, currently provided at www.protipster.com, local domains, and the Protipster Mobile Application.
  • Premium Subscription means the paid service within the Mobile App that provides an ad-free experience and access to exclusive content.
  • Terms means these Terms and Conditions.
  • we, us and our means Protipster.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Prior to using our services, User must have read, understood and accepted the Terms. By checking the “I accept” box during account sign-up or by using the Mobile App, User agrees to be legally bound to these Terms.
  • If User does not agree to the Terms, User may not use the Platform.

Account Creation

  • In order to access all functionalities, including Premium features, User needs to create an account.
  • User is responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of login details.
  • If we suspect multiple account holding (via tipping patterns, IP, or location), we reserve the right to cancel prizes or ban accounts.

Mobile Application & Premium Subscription

The Protipster Mobile Application offers enhanced features including expert tips, live tips, squad tips, and half-time match previews. Some of this content is exclusive to Premium users.

  • Ads: The standard version of the Mobile App contains advertisements.
  • Premium Access: Users may purchase a Premium subscription to remove ads and unlock exclusive "Premium-only" content.
  • Billing & Renewals: Premium subscriptions renew automatically. If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription kicks in immediately after the trial expires. It is the sole responsibility of the User to terminate the subscription through their respective App Store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) before it renews.
  • Refund Policy: Premium subscriptions are non-refundable. The payment terms of the respective App Store through which the purchase was made shall apply.
  • No Performance Guarantee: The Premium subscription is a content-access service, not a performance-based subscription. While we strive to provide high-quality data and probable winning tips, Protipster does not guarantee any specific financial result or betting performance. All tips are for informational purposes.

Use of the Platform

  • By using Protipster, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, publish, and share your betting tips and content through any media.
  • User may view ads for promotions. User is responsible for complying with relevant local laws regarding gambling and betting.
  • User may not use the Platform to publish infringing, offensive, or illegal material (including discrimination and/or racial agitation).

Competitions and Prizes

All decisions of ProTipster with regards to rules and competitions are final.

  • To be eligible for prizes, users must meet requirements listed in the Tipster Competition Rules.
  • ProTipster reserves the right to cancel rewards for users suspected of cheating or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
  • Prizes are paid via Bitcoin (BTC) or Tether (USDT). Users must verify they can legally receive these assets.
  • Minors or citizens of the United States of America are not eligible for cash prizes.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is required for prize payouts.

No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • Protipster content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of tips. Visitors use information at their own risk; we take no responsibility for financial losses.
  • We will not be held responsible for any damages arising out of the use of the platform, including any disputes between users and third-party companies.

Miscellaneous

  • Protipster is not a gambling site and does not offer gambling services.
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified 7 days in advance of adverse changes.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be settled by Polish courts.
