ii. Profile Details: Profile picture, location, preferred currency, and external betting usernames.

iii. KYC Documents: For prize redemptions, we collect picture ID and address proof to comply with AML (anti-money-laundering) laws.

When you use the Protipster Mobile Application, we collect the following to improve performance, personalise your experience, and mitigate fraud:

  • Account Info: E-mail, country, and timezone.
  • Device Identifiers: Device ID and IP address.
  • Payment History: Transaction IDs and status (processed via RevenueCat) to manage Premium subscriptions.
  • Usage & Interactions: App interactions, in-app search history, and user-generated content (tips/comments).
  • Diagnostics: Crash logs and diagnostic reports to fix technical issues and detect fraud attempts.

3. Personal Data That We Automatically Collect:

i. Device information: Cookies and identifiers to track device type and general geolocation.

ii. Behavioral Data: Visit frequency, pages visited, and advertising units clicked.

i. Premium Management: To process subscriptions and track duration (Legal Basis: Contract).

ii. Performance & Safety: Using diagnostics and interactions to improve the product and prevent multi-account fraud (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest).
